Registration

Classes are currently full for this season.
Please check back again after the summer break for new registrations, Insha’Allah.

Weekly Schedule

  • In-Person Core Classes (Mosque): Alternate Saturdays & All Sundays
  • In-Person Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Online Revision Classes: Mondays & Wednesdays
  • Online Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM (May vary based on Maghrib & Isha)
  • 2025/2026 Season (remainder): Apr 04, 2026 to June 28, 2026

Age Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 5 years (SK). Should be toilet trained.
  • Maximum age: 12 years (up to Grade 6).
  • Students aged 13+ will be served through a separate Youth Halaqah / Teen Program as the next phase, Insha’Allah.

Fees

  • $60 per child
  • $100 for two children (same family)
Non-profit program
  • Fees are used to pay the instructor; volunteers are not paid.
  • Any surplus supports mosque expenses and community programs.
  • Any deficit will be covered through mosque donations, Insha’Allah.
  • Community members are welcome to sponsor a child’s Islamic education.

Class Rules & Parent Guidelines

Fees Payment

  • Monthly fees must be paid in advance at the start of each month.
  • Payments can be made via eTransfer to [email protected] or Credit Card machine at the mosque

Drop Off & Pick Up Policy

  • A fee of $50 per child per 30 mins will be charged for early drop-off (5 mins before) or late pick-up (5 mins) beyond class time to compensate staff for overtime.
  • Parents must drop off and pick up children on time inside the mosque and hand them directly to the coordinator or teacher.
  • Parents are requested to leave promptly after drop-off to avoid disruption.
  • Authorized Pick Up: Only the registered parent/guardian may drop off or pick up; any changes must be submitted in writing.
  • Class Security: The mosque will be locked 10 minutes after class start time and will re-open 5 minutes before pick-up time. Parents must inform the administration in advance in writing for late drop-off or early pick-up so that staff can make appropriate arrangements.

Online (Zoom) Etiquette

  • Students should join using their real name.
  • Microphones remain muted unless speaking.
  • Camera ON is encouraged where possible.
  • No distracting behavior during class (eating, lying down, side conversations).
  • Parents are encouraged to support younger children during online sessions.

In-Person (Mosque) Etiquette

  • Students should dress modestly and maintain masjid cleanliness and respect.
  • No running, shouting, or disruptive behavior within the mosque.
  • Students must bring provided books in a bag along with a water bottle.
  • Students must not bring food as we have no lunch supervisor and crumbs fall on prayer mats.
  • Students must not bring any laptop, iPad, or phone.

Respect, Conduct & Discipline

  • Respect for instructors, volunteers, classmates, and mosque property is required.
  • Bullying, inappropriate language, or repeated disruption will not be tolerated.
  • Repeated issues may require parent involvement.
  • Serious or ongoing concerns may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Our intention: This program is for the sake of Allah (ﷻ) and to serve our community. May Allah place barakah in this effort and make it a source of Sadaqah Jariyah. Ameen.
